WordPress is a “content management system” program typically used as a blog or personal journal. A content management sytem is a program (computer software) created to run a website. With a simple press of a button, you can publish entire pages or just a single blog post – no html knowledge required. So, using Wordpress to run your website means that you can maintain your site by yourself without having to learn how to code html or use an html editor.

If you currently have a website, but find it difficult to add or edit content, you might consider converting the site to a Wordpress format. Your current theme can be converted to work with Wordpress, or you can have a new design created instead. Wordpress is highly supported and is free to use – and that means that there are already thousands of Wordpress themes (designs) already available. The price to convert your current website to Wordpress depends upon it’s size and how many images/graphics need to be altered or optimized.

A typical basic 5 page website design with the current theme converted to Wordpress starts at $300 USD.

Website hosting is included in every design package. If you already have hosting, there is no discount. I own several managed servers that I already pay for, I do not purchase extra space or bandwidth per account, I already have it.

Subsequent years of hosting is at an additional cost of $120 USD per year
